i do not follow through any idol searches or anything that needs me to pay money to vote. i think its just a scam to make more money out from consumer just its a free-to-air channel.

i also do not feel its fair to the contestants and all and i think it must be mentioned by one thousand and one people that its just a game of who is richer than who (campus) to be able to garner the votes or who is more 'ke lian' than who (no offence here, just my 2 cents, superstar) or who is more handsome than who (super) or which record label wants who (singapore).

i think it should be free for all to vote. i think it should be restricted to one vote per ic and need thumbprint verification (so that it will become whose kampung bigger who is winner as one may vote using all his/her uncle, auntie, ah ma, ah gong etc etc ic lor).

after each round it should be reseted all over and all can revote. sounds a bit like our elections but its good ma, more fair right. and transparent. its auditable and trailable and accountable so no one can cry foul!

well, sounds like a big hassle. and i think the sponsers don't really care as long as the lines are ringing. it means that their cash register is ringing.

oh well, perhaps, i'm a little sore because sometimes i do catch one or two episode of super idol (timing just nice still at mom's hse after dinner and nothing else to watch ma) and i really like cheng xi whom got booted out last week. he's witty, funny, crappy and more natural than the rest.

though that bryan looks more cool but he really act like a block of wood with a stone face lor. lesser comments on the other as he's ok la. just not that cute enough. tee hee...

i really love the last part where they were asked to talk about the good points of the other two and cheng xi's answer is most spontaneous and interesting!

after singing so much praise for him, alas, i did not vote for him. i did told dar that if he does go into the finals, i will spend one call on him. and thats a lot considering i absolutely absolutely do not pay to call for anything at all. not even charity calls considering its too commercialise...
